The Gordonstoun American Foundation
Join us in celebrating our achievements, reconnecting with old friends and continuing the legacy of excellence that defines our school.
The Gordonstoun American Foundation was established to support and encourage alumni, students, parents and friends to stay connected to one another and to the school.
Together we are raising awareness of Gordonstoun in the US, raising funds to grant scholarships and bursaries for American students to study at the Gordonstoun International Summer School, and assisting the school with capital projects.
Members of the Gordonstoun American Foundation receive an annual newsletter.
The Gordonstoun American Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors who meet twice a year. They are responsible for organising events, reunions and fundraisers. The board is a volunteer body composed of US alumni and current Gordonstoun Board Members.
Each year, the Gordonstoun American Foundation awards up to three scholarships for students from the US to attend the prestigious Gordonstoun International Summer School.

How to Donate
The Gordonstoun American Foundation is also a 501 (c)(3) 'not for profit' Foundation through which Americans can make tax deductible contributions to Gordonstoun.
You can give a one off or regular gift by completing the GAF donation form.
Give online with Zelle

To donate via Zelle:
- Log on to your banking app, online banking or your Zelle account.
- Locate the option to send money using Zelle

- Specify the donation amount
- You can include a note if you would like to let us know any information about your gift
- Double check the details and click confirm to send the donation.
Workplace giving with Benevity
Workplace giving donations can be made through Benevity. You can check with your employer if they are members. If you work for an organisation that will match fund or contribute to your gift, Benevity is the perfect route to allow your gift to have a bigger impact. The Gordonstoun American Foundation, Inc is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organisation that raises and manages funds for the benefit of The Gordonstoun Schools. Under Internal Revenue Service guidelines, you may be entitled to deduct the full value of your gift(s) since The Gordonstoun American Foundation has not provided goods or services in return (Tax ID #22-2535233)
