Our Mighty Acorns sculpture, "Quercus" by OG Gordon Lochhead is now up for auction! There is still time for you to bid until 20th June 2025.

Quercus is made entirely from the timber of the felled North Lawn oaks and is a wonderful exposition of the many different aspects of our ancient Gordonstoun oak trees, from the rough exterior of its bark, through its layers of cork to its' reddish heart.

The sculpture will be on display at on Friday 23rd May for friends and family visiting that school and at that time we will be taking closed bids. For those people who aren't able to see it in person, close bids can also be emailed to Development before Friday 20 June. 

All proceeds go to future student bursaries – supporting the next generation of Gordonstoun students.
